• Hello.
  You need to tick the box that says 'include custom content' under the advanced section of the filter for the lot to show up in your my library section. Once you have ticked the box, then the lot should show up in your My Library section,

• yeah i did that, maybe its just my game or the lot.
• If it's in a folder, you have to open it and put what's in the folder in to the tray folder.
• For other simmers who are having the same issue, make sure that you have unzipped the cc folder and placed it in the mods folder. Then take the tray files out of the other folder and place them directly into the tray folder. You are unable to have subfolders in the tray folder.

• Hi, I have the same problem. unpacked the files and dragged them to the tray folder so there won't be a subfolder in the Tray folder. Still not showing up... Been trying for some days now. I play on a mac, does this matter? If the lot was created in a windows version of the sims, can it be unreadable for a mac?

  Try ticking the 'include custom content' box that is in the advanced section of the filter in the Gallery, and see if that helps the build to appear.

• hi, all of my tray files are not working, yes everything is in the right folders, i go on to the library, i have checked the CC box, my game has enabled all CC in my game, Tray files are not showing up, tried deleting the folder and resetting it, nothing, tried different tray files, nothing still, game is up to date, what is the problem that i'm having?

  Are the sims that you have downloaded ones from the gallery or are they from an external website?
  Go to game options and check that the ' enable custom content and mods' button is ticked, which is found in :
  Options | Other | Enable Custom Content and Mods. If it isn't ticked, do that.Also check that the script mods allowed button is ticked as well. Exit the game. Then go back into the game again and see if the sims appear in your library.
  Also check again that the ' include custom content ' box is ticked in the advanced section of the gallery filter.

• I'm having the same problem. It worked before but then I accidentally moved the file so all my data got wiped. I tried re-downloading the house I had but it won't work. It's only residential lots that won't work...help? I clicked all the buttons, I made sure nothing is in a sub folder and it still won't show even though it worked before, I even re-installed the game. What do I do?

• hello :) I downloaded a house, put it in the tray folder, and then I put all the sub folders in the mods folder, so there are no sub folders in the tray folder if I'm doing this right, but honestly I have no idea. Anyway, it's still not showing up in my library and I checked 'include custom content' so I am just v confused.

  A Lot consists of 6-11 files, depending on how many floors your Lot has (1 trayitem file, 1blueprint file and 4 bpi files, and an extra bpi files for each extra floor). These files need to go directly into the tray folder. Any cc package files need to go into the mods folder.

  Do you have much free space on the drive where you have sims 4 installed ?
  Could you please post your DxDiag info here.
  To gather a DXDIAG on your computer, do this :
  Press and hold the Windows key and the letter R on your keyboard
  You will see a Run box in the lower-left corner of your screen
  Type dxdiag in the text field
  Click OK
  Click the Save All Information button, found on the bottom of the DXDIAG report
  Then copy and paste the information from where you saved it, to pastebin https://pastebin.com

  I am sorry that you are having this issue. Could you post a screenshot of your tray folder? It may just help to see if there are issues.
  Because you aren't a member yet, you can't post pictures , but you can upload your pictures to a photo sharing site such as imgur or tinypic , then right click the picture on the photo sharing site and copy/paste the image address link here,
